Kaneko Optical encourages customers to handle our eyewear and try them on in person. We place great importance on matching our customer's style, and on knowing you are satisfied with the design as well as the feel of the glasses when you wear them.
We listen to your wishes and will search together for the perfect pair that fits you exactly. We look forward with real pleasure to your store visit.
When possible, customers who already have eyewear should bring it to the store. We can compare the prescription of that eyewear with your current vision to recommend optimal lenses. Rest assured that we have contact lens cases on hand should you need them.
To assure accurate measurements from your eye exam, hard contact wearers should remove their contact lenses about an hour before the exam. If you are in a hurry on the day of the exam, please arrive wearing your glasses. Soft contact wearers can be examined immediately after removing their lenses.
Feel free to ask our staff about any eyewear concerns you may have, from help with selecting frames to tightening a loose screw. We are happy to discuss maintenance and repairs in the store.

When selecting frames, try on as many as you like until you are satisfied. We have mirrors of all sizes, including full body mirrors, to help you select the pair that feels right.
Feel free to take photos of frames you like, or of your own appearance when trying them on. Don't hesitate to take photos if you have difficulty seeing yourself in the mirror without corrected vision, or wish to see another view of yourself wearing our frames, or remember frames you have seen in the store.
